Share List for June 16th 2010

This week we are bagging greens ourselves, to eliminate the confusion. However it takes two staff members almost a whole day, and uses up a lot of bags which will get thrown out later. So that is the tradeoff.

VEG SHARE:

1 bag mesclun lettuce, .5 lb

1 bag spinach, 1 lb

1 bu cilantro

1 bu bok choi

5 garlic scapes

1 pint snow peas

1 head lettuce

FRUIT SHARE: NOTE: this is the last week of strawberries. The season started extremely early this year (around May 8) and usually lasts only about 4-5 weeks. That is why more fruit is not included this week because strawberries are in short supply already. We will make up for it with incr. quantity over the next few weeks.

2 pints strawberries

2 stalks of rhubarb

FLOWER SHARE:

1 large potted flower (Dahlia or Snapdragons) OR 1 bunch lavender AND 1 small potted flower (nasturtium or chamomile)
